Lupin Gets U.S. FDA Approval for Tramadol Painkiller Pill

Lupin Ltd. (LPC), the world’s biggest maker of anti-tuberculosis medicines, received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its tramadol pill, the generic version of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ)’s Ultram painkiller, according to a statement on the regulator’s website.
