Urbi to Develop Low-Income Apartment Project in Mexico City

Urbi Desarrollos Urbanos SAB, Mexico’s third-largest homebuilder, said it will use land purchased in the third quarter to develop new apartments aimed at low-income populations in Mexico City.
The project will be built on 3.8 hectares and will include as much as many as 400 apartments per hectare, the company said in a statement to the Mexican stock exchange.
