Ruble Weakens Second Day Versus Dollar at Start of Trading

The ruble dropped for a second day against the dollar at the start of trading in Moscow, falling 1.3 percent to 30.5550 and taking its two-day drop to the sharpest since September 20. The Russian currency was little changed against the euro, leaving it down 0.7 percent at 35.8017 versus the central bank’s target dollar-euro basket.
