Norway, Denmark Top 2011 Prosperity Index; U.S. 10th

Following is a table ranking 110 countries according to their prosperity levels. Uzbekistan and Ghana climbed 12 positions from a year ago, while Botswana fell 10 places. The prosperity index is published by Legatum Institute in London.
