EQUITY MOVERS: * Allot Communications Ltd. (ALLT) : The country’s biggest maker of high-speed networking equipment is scheduled to report third-quarter results. Allot rose 0.6 percent to 49.97 shekels. * AudioCodes Ltd. (AUDC) : The maker of equipment for Internet telephony is to report third-quarter results. AudioCodes gained less than 0.1 percent to 13.06 shekels. * Israel Chemicals Ltd. (ICL) : Potash’s rebound from the biggest plunge in 48 years will slow next year as Mosaic Co., Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. and OAO Uralkali increase mining capacity. ICL, which extracts minerals from the Dead Sea to make fertilizer, including potash, declined 2.9 percent to 43.62 shekels. * Given Imaging Ltd. (GIVN) : The manufacturer of pill-sized cameras for digestive diagnosis will announce its third-quarter results after the end of trading. Given added less than 0.1 percent to 55.80 shekels * Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NVMI) : The developer of monitoring systems for the semiconductor industry is to report third-quarter earnings. Nova increased 0.2 percent to 27.13 shekels. * Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) : Traders are making more bullish bets on Teva than on Perrigo Co. (PRGO) , the U.S. pharmaceutical company that began trading in Tel Aviv after buying Agis Industries Ltd. Teva, the world’s largest generic manufacturer, declined 1.5 percent to 148.50 shekels in Tel Aviv. Perrigo closed unchanged at 324 shekels.
MARKETS: * The TA-25 Index declined 1 percent to 1,133.68. * The yield on the Mimshal Shiklit government bond due January 2022 was at 4.62 percent. * The shekel fell 0.1 percent to 3.6271 per dollar at 8:17 a.m. in Tel Aviv. * Corn for December delivery lost 0.4 percent to $6.4475 a bushel. * Crude oil for December delivery retreated 0.9 percent to $92.31 a barrel. * Gold for immediate delivery gained 0.2 percent to $1,717.82 an ounce.
