China’s Zhuhai Won’t Grant Licenses For High Price Home Sales

Zhuhai city in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong won’t grant licenses for advance sale of homes if prices exceed 11,285 yuan per square meter, according to a statement on the city government’s website.

The city will allow only one new home purchase per family in the city’s central district, the statement said.
