The Claymore Silver Bullion exchange- traded fund closed at a discount of 2.91% on Oct. 28, according to figures available on the fund’s website. A discount means that the closing price of the shares is lower than the value of its underlying holdings of the metal. The fund’s silver holdings were unchanged at 1,186,000 ounces
