Samsung Units to Sell IMarketKorea Stakes at 24,100 Won a Share

Samsung Electronics Co., Samsung Engineering Co., Samsung SDI Co. and Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. plan to sell their stakes in iMarketKorea Inc. (122900) at 24,100 won a share, according to regulatory filings. Samsung Group said on Oct. 24 a consortium led by Interpark Corp. (035080) was selected as the preferred bidder for the sale of iMarketKorea, held by nine affiliates.
