Basilea Pharmaceutica Calls Shareholder Meeting on HBM’s Request

Basilea Pharmaceutica (BSLN) AG will hold an extraordinary meeting of shareholders Nov. 29 on the request of HBM Bioventures AG, one of its investors, the company said in an e-mailed statement today. Shareholders will vote on a proposal to add board members.
