Yeochun NCC Shut Naphtha Cracker on Faulty Compressor, ICIS Says

Yeochun NCC Co. shut its No. 1 naphtha cracker at Yeosu, South Korea, yesterday because of compressor problems, ICIS reported today, citing a company official it didn’t identify.

The plant may be shut for about 10 days, ICIS said. The company’s other two naphtha crackers were running at full capacity, according to the official.
