Anglo American’s Carroll Says Considering $15 Billion Australia Investment

Anglo American Plc (AAL), part owner of the world’s biggest platinum and diamond producers, is considering a $15 billion investment in Australia, Chief Executive Officer Cynthia Carroll said.

“Over the next eight years we are considering an investment here in Australia of around $15 billion for new mines and infrastructure, creating more than 3,200 jobs,” Carroll of London-based Anglo said at a conference in Perth.
