Eskom Pays 200 Million Rand on Kusile Delay, Financial Mail Says

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd., the state utility that supplies most of South Africa’s power, paid 200 million rand ($25.1 million) to settle about 240 claims related to delays at its Kusile power station, Financial Mail said, citing a consortium of contractors.

The contractors include Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Ltd. (WBO), Group Five Ltd., Basil Read Holdings Ltd. (BSR) and Stefanutti Stocks Holdings Ltd. (SSK), according to the Johannesburg-based weekly magazine.
