Gigaset Filed Patent Infringement Suit Agaist AVM on October 21

Gigaset AG’s Gigaset Communications GmbH filed a lawsuit against FRITZ!Box manufacturer AVM at a Dusseldorf district court on Oct. 21. Gigaset said several products in the AVM FRITZ! range violate a Gigaset patent and the company is seeking an injunction regarding the use of its technology.
