Solid Group Drops After Saying It Has No Venture With Yahgee

Solid Group Inc. (SGI) fell in Manila trading after the company said it has no joint venture with China’s Yahgee Modular House Ltd., clarifying a Philippine Star report.

The stock declined 2.6 percent to 1.13 pesos as of 11:26 a.m. local time, set for the lowest close since Oct. 12.
