Boskalis Wins EU125 Million Bauxite Mining Contract in Surinam

Royal Boskalis Westminster NV said it won an order worth 125 million euros for the mining of bauxite in Surinam.

The contract was awarded by Suralco LLC., an indirect joint subsidiary of Alcoa Inc. (AA) and Alumina Ltd (AWC), Boskalis said. Work is set to begin shortly and is due to be completed early 2015, it said.
