Wyser-Pratte Criticizes France Telecom/GN Store Nord Handling

Guy Wyser-Pratte criticized France Telecom SA (FTE)’s handling of a dispute between Telekomunikacja Polska SA (TPS), in which the French company has a 49 percent stake, and GN Store Nord A/S. Shareholders were not kept informed of France Telecom’s “substantial liability or the potential detriment to its own shareholders,” Wyser-Pratte said in an e- mailed statement today.
