Sunland Exchanges Dubai Projects for Palazzo Versace Gold Coast

Sunland Group Ltd. (SDG) has entered into an agreement to exchange its development projects in Dubai for 100 percent ownership of Palazzo Versace Gold Coast. The transaction has been concluded with the group’s joint venture partner from U.A.E: Enshaa PSC/Emirates Investment Holdings Ltd., the company said in a regulatory filing.
