Shining Unit Gets Right to Use Nanjing Land for 678 Million Yuan

Shining Building Business Co.’s unit bought the rights to use 50,855 square meters of land in China’s Nanjing city for 678 million yuan, the Taiwan-based parent said in a statement to the local stock exchange today.

The land will be developed into hotel, offices, stores and apartments, it said.
