Arab Polvara Resumes Operations After Strike Ends, Mal Says

Arab Polvara Spinning & Weaving Co. (APSW) factories resumed operations at the end of last week after workers ended a five-day strike, Al Mal newspaper reported, citing Chairman Ayman Ismail.
The strike ended after the company agreed to raise pay in accordance with increases due to be implemented at state-owned textile companies, the Cairo-based newspaper said.
