Sinpas to Start Middle-Income Housing Projects, Hurriyet Says

Sinpas Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (SNGYO), a Turkish real estate company, will start building 1,000 housing units a year for middle-income homebuyers, in addition to 2,000 units it constructs for higher-income consumers, Hurriyet reported.
Sinpas will restructure its unit Seven Gayrimenkul to handle the middle-income housing projects from 2012, the Istanbul-based newspaper said, citing Sinpas chief executive Omer Faruk Celik.
