Nomura Real Estate Registers to Sell 100 Billion Yen of Bonds

Nomura Real Estate Holdings Inc. (3231) registered to sell as much as 100 billion yen ($1.3 billion) of bonds, according to a filing today with Japan’s finance ministry.
The registration takes effect on Oct. 23 and is valid for two years. A shelf registration allows for bond sales without obligating the company or country to borrow.
