Madoff Trustee Picard Sues Jewish Association for $5.2 Million

The liquidator of Bernard L. Madoff’s firm sued the Jewish Association for Services for the Aged for $5.2 million in fictitious profit allegedly received from the Ponzi scheme.

The trustee, Irving Picard, filed the suit today in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York.
