German 10-Year Bonds Decline; Italian, Spanish Debt Pares Drop

German government bonds fell, pushing the yield on 10-year bunds three basis points higher to 2.13 percent at 9:03 a.m. in London.
Italian 10-year yields were little changed at 5.83 percent, after rising as much as five basis points to 5.87 percent. Spanish 10-year yields were up three basis points at 5.24 percent.
