Supermax, Top Glove Rise on Lower Latex Costs, Stronger Dollar

Supermax Corp. led gains in Malaysian rubber-glove makers as a decline in latex costs and a stronger dollar bolster operating margins.
Supermax gained 5.4 percent to 2.92 ringgit at 9:33 a.m. local time in Kuala Lumpur, set for its highest close since Aug. 23. Top Glove Corp. added 4.1 percent to 4.08 ringgit and Kossan Rubber Industries (KRI) Bhd. gained 4.1 percent to 2.80 ringgit.
