Papandreou Has Weighed Resignation Over Past 3 Weeks, FTD Says

Prime Minister George Papandreou has twice spoken about his resignation with confidants in the past three weeks, Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
Both times Papandreou “offered his resignation,” but continued working nevertheless, FTD reports.
