Irish Home Prices Fall 3.5% in Third Quarter, Says

Irish home prices fell by an average of 3.5 percent in the third quarter, according to a report published by property website today.

That compares to a fall of just over 5 percent between March and June. The average asking price for a dwelling is now just under 195,000 euros, compared to 366,000 euros at the 2007 peak, according to the report.
