Gold Falls to $1,319.76, Lowest Level in More Than Two Years

Sony-Made Batteries in Casio, Hitachi Handsets to Be Replaced

Sony Corp (6758).-made batteries in mobile phones made by Hitachi Ltd. (6501) and Casio Computer Co., and supplied KDDI Corp. (9433) to its customers, will be replaced, Sony spokesman Jin Tomihari said today.

He declined to elaborate further in a phone interview.
