Levitt Says ATM Fees May Rise Because of Dodd Frank (Audio)

Arthur Levitt, a former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, says an unintended consequence of the Dodd Frank financial reform legislation may be $5 ATM fees. Levitt talks with Bloomberg's Ken Prewitt and Tom Keene on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
