IShares Silver Trust Holdings Decrease 23 Metric Tons

Silver holdings in the IShares Silver Trust (SLV), the biggest exchange-traded fund backed by silver, decreased 22.71 metric tons to 10,047.15 metric tons as of Sept. 29, according to figures on the company’s website.
Silver futures for December delivery rose $0.56, or 1.8 percent, to $32.10 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
