Riksbank’s Nyberg Says Greece Will Have to Restructure Debt

Swedish central bank Deputy Governor Lars Nyberg said Greece will have to restructure its debt, with the only remaining question being “when and how.” He made the comments in a speech delivered in Stockholm today.
