Stocks in Germany Advance for Fourth Day; Benchmark DAX Index Climbs 0.9%

German stocks climbed, with the benchmark DAX Index rising 51.50, or 0.9 percent, to 5,679.94 as of 12:19 p.m. in Frankfurt. The gauge has fluctuated between a drop of as much as 1.7 percent and gains as large as 1.1 percent today.
