KGHM Seeks Listed Company Takeover, Executive Wirth Tells Rzeczpospolita

KGHM Polska Miedz SA (KGH), Poland’s sole copper producer, wants to take over a listed company, Rzeczpospolita reported, citing Chief Executive Officer Herbert Wirth.

Wirth declined to provide details, the newspaper said. KGHM is interested in a copper mine located in Latin America, Rzeczpospolita added, without saying how it obtained information.
