Kenyan Market Regulator Extends Suspension of CMC for 90 Days
Kenya’s financial-market regulator extended the suspenion of CMC Holdings Ltd. (CMCH)’s shares from trade on the Nairobi Stock Exchange for 90 trading days to facilitate a probe into a dispute between directors of the company.
The shares of Kenya’s biggest publicly traded auto dealership had been scheduled to resume trading today, the Capital Markets Authority said in an e-mailed statement.
