Bosch May Compete With SMA Solar on Converters, Rundschau Says

Robert Bosch GmbH plans to compete with SMA Solar Technology AG (S92) in producing alternating-current converters for solar power generators, Frankfurter Rundschau reported, citing unidentified people in the industry.

Bosch, which has yet to decide on investing in a plant to produce the equipment, plans to undercut competitors on price, the German newspaper reported in an e-mailed summary of an article.
