ABI Pushing for More Women Directors on Company Boards, FT Says

The Association of British Insurers is urging companies to increase the number of female directors on boards, the Financial Times reported, citing research.
The ABI is also encouraging the elimination of cliches from annual reports and instead providing more useful and specific details on their policies on widening the experience of boards and appointing top management, the FT said.
