SK Holdings to Buy 51% Stake in Chinese Battery Components Maker

SK Holdings Co. signed a contract to buy a 51 percent stake in Elitconi, a Chinese manufacturer of lithium battery components, to expand its battery business in China, according to an e-mailed statement from the Seoul-based company today.
