New Zealand Beats France 37-17 in Auckland to Top Rugby World Cup Pool A

New Zealand beat France 37-17 to move five points clear of its opponent atop Pool A at the Rugby World Cup.

Full-back Israel Dagg touched down twice as the top-ranked All Blacks outscored France by five tries to two to extend their winning streak at Auckland’s Eden Park to 24 matches.

England earlier moved five points clear atop Pool B by routing Romania 67-3 in Dunedin. Wingers Mark Cueto and Chris Ashton each scored a hat trick as England ran in 10 tries.
