Supercommittee’s Hensarling Says He Has ‘Tempered Expectations’

Representative Jeb Hensarling of Texas, the Republican co-chairman of the bipartisan congressional supercommittee seeking to reduce the budget deficit, said he has “high hopes and tempered expectations.”

In an interview today with Bloomberg Television, Hensarling said: “Relative to history, people believe there is a moment to be seized. People are working in good faith around the table.”
