Hong Kong Subsidized Home Buyers May Get 95% Mortgage, HKET Says

The Hong Kong government will allow buyers of subsidized housing to obtain mortgages equal to as much as 95 percent of the price of the properties, the Hong Kong Economic Times reported, citing people it didn’t identify.
Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang will unveil plans to
resume the construction of subsidized housing in his policy address next month, the Chinese-language newspaper said.
