New CEZ Chief Benes to Focus on Nuclear Energy, Hospodarske Says

Expansion of nuclear capacities at CEZ AS (CEZ), the largest Czech power maker, will be a top priority for its new Chief Executive Officer Daniel Benes, Hospodarske Noviny reported, citing his strategy for the company.

His main goals will also include new long-term coal supply contracts, strengthening the company’s position in heating production, cost savings and profitable renewable-energy projects, the newspaper said.
