Land & Houses, Thai Home Developers Gain on New Tax Incentives

Land & Houses Pcl and rival Thai developers of residential properties gained in Bangkok trading on expectation that new tax incentives for home purchases will boost their sales.
Land & Houses rose 2.9 percent to 7.20 baht as of 10:37 a.m. local time, set for the highest close since Oct. 20. Supalai Pcl (SPALI) jumped 4.4 percent to 14.30 baht. Asian Property Development Pcl (AP) climbed 2.6 percent to 5.90 baht. LPN Development Pcl (LPN) advanced 1.8 percent to 11.50 baht.
