StarHub, Vodafone Agree to Sign Strategic Partnership

StarHub Ltd. (STH), Singapore’s second- biggest phone company, said in a statement today it signed a data roaming and smartphone and mobile broadband agreement with Vodafone Group Plc. (VOD)

The agreement will expand Vodafone’s presence in Asia, according to the statement handed to reporters in Singapore.
