Euro Declines Against Dollar Before Spain’s Government Holds Debt Auction

The euro declined against the dollar as Spain prepares to sell as much as 4 billion euros ($5.5 billion) of bonds today. The single currency fell to $1.3728 as of 10:20 a.m. in Tokyo from $1.3755 yesterday.
