Mauritius to Import 27,000 Tons of Brazilian Sugar, Matinal Says

Mauritius will import about 27,000 metric tons of raw sugar from Brazil, Le Matinal reported, citing Jean-Noel Humbert, chief executive officer of the Mauritius sugar syndicate.

The raw sugar will be refined locally for domestic consumption and for exports, the Port Louis-based Le Matinal said.
