Vidrala Production Costs to Curb 2011 Profit, Expansion Says

Vidrala SA (VID), a Spanish bottle maker, doesn’t expect to increase earnings this year after higher production costs hit margins, Expansion reported, citing Chairman Carlos Delclaux.

The company expects to be able to pass on the increased costs to its consumers beginning in January 2012, Delclaux told the newspaper in an interview.
