South Africa’s Murder Rate Drops to 31.9 Per 100,000 People in 2010/2011

South Africa’s murder rate fell to 31.9 per 100,000 people in the year through March, the Police Service said in a presentation in Pretoria today.

The murder rate dropped from 34.1 in the previous year, it said.
