SAP Reaches Agreement With U.S. Resolving TomorrowNow Charges

SAP AG (SAP) reached an agreement with the U.S. Justice Department resolving criminal charges filed against its former TomorrowNow unit for downloading Oracle Corp. (ORCL) software, a company spokesman said.
