Sirius Invests $2.2 Billion to Titan Project, Interfax Says

CHPP Sirius, a Ukrainian company owned by Mykola Shcherbina, an adviser to former president Viktor Yushchenko, will invest $2.2 billion in exploring for titanium in the Zhytomyr region, Interfax-Ukraine reported, citing Serhiy Ryzhuk, the head of the Zhytomyr regional state administration.
