John Keells Gains After 2% of Equity Trade in Five Block Deals

John Keells Holdings Plc (JKH) rose in Colombo trading after about 17.2 million shares, or 2 percent of its equity, changed hands in five transactions today, according to data from the Colombo Stock Exchange. The buyers and sellers weren’t immediately known.

The shares advanced 1.2 percent to 218.5 rupees at the 2:30 p.m. local time close of trading.
