Chemiczne Police to Remain on Warsaw Bourse, Parkiet Reports

Zaklady Chemiczne Police SA (PCE), a Polish fertilizer maker, will remain on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Parkiet reported, citing Jerzy Marciniak, chief executive officer of Azoty Tarnow SA.

Azoty, which is buying Chemiczne Police, will control the company after 75 percent of its shareholders agreed to sell their shares in a public tender, Azoty said in a regulatory statement on Aug. 17.
